We are located in PA, there is no sales tax on apparel. It is ridiculous that there is no way to set the tax rate default as exempt. have to keep changing that on every single proposal.

Yes. This is a huge pain. The default tax rate is not correct for our zip code. It's easy to change the tax but this is a lot of added time when you do lots of proposals. ANd if you forget to change the tax rate, it's a mistake that you would have to change. It seems like it would be easy to make a default tax rate. They make it easy to do on the stores.
