ShipStation tracking details to be emailed to customer

The tracking details appear to automatically populate from our ShipStation account into the corresponding InkSoft order, but the customer is not notified via InkSoft of the tracking number etc. After talking with Brenden, he confirmed that this was not currently available. Therefore, please add an automated function that can allow InkSoft to email the customer their tracking details out of InkSoft. We currently have this option with all of our Spotify ship orders.

This can be done inside ship station. You have to set up a email template and then mark it to be automatically sent out once an order is shipped.

I believe that an email will be generated if you have that in the settings on your Ship Station under customer notifications. It does indicate it is for an Inksoft order.
