Shopworks/Sanmar Integration

When creating a store and adding Sanmar items- DO NOT ADD A SPECIAL STORE NUMBER AFTER THE SANMAR ITEM NUMBER. We use Shopworks API to import Inksoft orders and it carriers over the unnecessary added number after the sanmar item number. Therefore, we cannot perform any integration with purchasing from Sanmar. For instance you change Sanmar PC78H to PC78H_1665175. Sanmar does not recognize PC78H_1665175 as a part number

It seems simple enough to pass the data through a filter that removes everything after the underscore.

Don’t think that’s viable. The art is the second set of numbers. That number refers to the design you’ve assigned to the PC78H
