The Dashboard should show the total outstanding balance across all open orders.

Currently, “Open Orders ($)” shows the total value of every open order, including orders that have already been paid. That number is useful for understanding the value of work in progress, but it does not tell a business owner how much money is actually still owed.

I would like a Dashboard tile showing Outstanding Balance ($) — the combined remaining balance of all open orders that have not been paid in full.

Clicking the Outstanding Balance tile could simply open Order Manager filtered to orders with a remaining balance.

This is basic day-to-day financial visibility for a business. I shouldn't need to run a report to answer the question: “How much money are we currently owed?”
