Sizing for .dst files
Skip Jones
Hello,
It would be extremely helpful to be able to size files on embroidery products. Right now you have to upload a .dst file for a product to show up as embroidery. But to do that you can not size the artwork in IS so as a result our products do not show a true representation of the relative scale of the artwork to the product. So the suggestion is to either allow resizing of the .dst file when placing it on the product or have the ability to identify the decoration process as embroidery or other process when setting the design on the product image.

You can resize an embroidery image. However, you must do it on the edit print regions pop up. When adding a new item, click on the little pencil under the picture of the item. Then click on the middle drop down "WIDTH". If you want the embroidery image to be bigger, click a smaller sized item width. If you want the embroidery image to be smaller, click a larger sized item width. This is backwards, I know. Doing this does allow you to scale the embroidery image. Click save and move on. You will have to experiment a bit.

Totally agree! Would be super helpful for the customer to see and in production as well.

It would also be helpful in production
Right now we use print files for stores because we can’t size appropriately to the product. It can really confuse our production team what process to use
