What I want is to list one T-shirt one time in my store and allow the customer to choose which of four pre-approved designs they want printed on the back.

For example:

Gildan 5000 T-shirt

Customer chooses size and color

Customer chooses Back Design A, B, C, or D

I don't want to create four separate Gildan 5000 products just to offer four different back graphics.
