When the customer is scrolling the store and selects an item to view item details, then arrows back to main page, the page reloads to the top of the store. If you have a large store, they have to scroll all the way down to find where they were. I've never had so many abandoned carts in the 7 years we've been doing merch stores for sports leagues.
