Store Templates to speed up store creation

Having "templates" in stores for customers to choose from would make creating stores a lot faster as well. Nothing crazy but maybe three different options that they can choose from as a "layout" or "starter" when creating a store.

Would be a great added feature if we build a store from scratch to have the option to save it as a custom template for ourselves.
