Suggestion for fraud refunds and request 2FA for log oon

I just saw a notification that said you were seeing increase in fraud and ACH. We had an issue at end of last year (not on inksoft platform) but on another platform where we accepted credit cards. There was a refund attempt of many transactions for a huge amount of money. Over 1 million dollars attempted and thousands of bot transactions in attempted credits to cards we never had association with. We caught it and stopped it but it was a scary nightmare. We had to immediately close and freeze accounts and were lucky we caught before it batched. I would like ink soft to consider a more secure log on for us. Is there a way to set up 2 step authentication AND a protection to limit the number of refunds allowed in a designated time frame or a way to set up a protection that I must approve refunds?
