It would be really great if we could include Text messaging as an option for notifications. Especially when doing pickup notifications. It should text the saved cell/mobile number in the customer CRM area. I have a lot of customers that are not getting their email notifications, because they go to their junk folder. My customers complain a lot about this. Also, most of them communicate with me via text a lot.

Absolutely needed! We were just discussing this last week. We have customers who miss their email notifications, especially when orders are ready for pickup. Being able to automatically send an SMS when an order status changes would be a huge improvement for both our team and our customers. Ideally, we'd love customizable SMS templates tied directly to Order Manager notifications.

YES!!!! Too many people do not receive the email notification. We collect phone numbers on every order at checkout.
