Larry Kritzman: wondering if no production card was created, could you still change the status and reverse the "ready to ship"

Arleen Castillo: if there is no production card (which only happens on orders that started as Proposals and do not have any Products on them), then you would be correct to say that we cannot 'undo' Ready to Ship or Ready to Pickup currently. Is that specifically what you were looking for in this post?

Ty Hadley: No i have had it where products are added and it has been paid. By accident i have marked an order ready when it was another order. The incorrect order is now marked shipped and i have not been able to change that back in the past.
