This is the current description on the permission levels for Fulfillment Store Managers (highest level of permissions except for the full admin rights). Fulfillment Store Manager - Access to every part of the Admin Portal, including InkSoft Core, except the global Settings tab and the Payments tab. Has access to create and edit Proposals, but cannot create new customers.

It doesn't make sense to me that they can modify almost everything in the system but can't add a simple contact/customer?! Currently I have one employee that helps me with proposals and she has to come to me every time the customer doesn't exist. Please update this permission level to allow the employee to add a customer. Thank you.
