I believe this should be revisited and considered. We currently have over 1500 pieces of art that we have uploaded from past proposals. I am sure that many of us have repeat customers or customers that have multiple departments that order similar items. I understand that a proposal can be cloned but if it is different person ordering and/or there are different information that needs to be entered, cloning is not always the easiest or best option. There should be a direct way to access the art that is already in the system without having to upload it again. I am not sure why it is saved in the first place if it can't be accessed in a useful way. ls Inksoft just storing all of this art, to what end? Make an option to access saved art or designs and add to proposals or orders, directly without having to download and upload again. Doing that is a big time waster and and makes the overall system inefficient.
