Just like we can select to get a sharable link in the proposal stage. We should get a link for the invoice "request payment" button. That way we can send multiple in one email to accounting departments for whole companies. Or we can use a personal email to send a message rather then the system on that will get trapped in spam.

Is no brainer! why we can't upload dst files to an order. We created proposal for embroidery items Customer approves and creates an order art files get digitized. Now we have a file that can't be uploaded to the order? We really need to be able to upload updated files to orders.

If a customer creates an order as a guest, we cannot download the artwork to view it and make sure the pricing is right and the artwork is do-able. We need to be able to download it before approving the order.

We may get an order and the customer has not provided art yet but you need to get apparel ordered and entered into the system. You can't ADD or change art after an order is generated. You should be able to add art and make changes to art anytime before it is actually 'in production'.

Have a separate tab for declined orders just like we have for ready to ship / pick up. This would eliminate confusion and be a simple click on a tab.

To cancel an order it is required that a reason is selected and a system email is sent to the customer. I would like an option to not notify the customer.

As a Shop Admin I can select a specific reason why I'm cancelling an order. So that I can provide specific messaging to my customer by using different email templates for different reasons.

Be able to download the Work Order and Render Art package in Bulk as well as from the Order Detail View

limited to selecting only 25 orders for CSV download, but we have hundreds of orders, its ridiculous to be limited to 25 at at time. The OLD version had no such limitations!!
