It would be cool if the softwear recognized the same decoration (artwork) across multiple product lines, (T-Shirts, Long Sleeve, Hoodies, Ect…) to give a volume discounted price based on the number of imprints.

It is a real challenge to manually enter pricing in a matrix and if you need to inject a new price break, you need to basically start over. A CSV upload would be so helpful.

It would be great to have the system price items based on stitch count when we upload the DST file. Or have a space where we can enter the stitch count. Other software packages will do this.

Can we please have a pricing grid for embroidery and dtf decoration?

The ability to have a Embroidery Print Grid when loading product into Inksoft. So customers can get pricing in the design studio for embroidery. If it could be by stitch or have the option of a price tied to a location (size) we have a set price for a left chest.

Just spent another 3 hours adding pricing rules manually. Pricing rules should be able to be applied to different suppliers and or stores globally so it doesn't take so long to add pricing rules.

We are losing money in the "Digital Print Pricing Matrix" when using the Price Override to provide a multiple side discount because the Inksoft pricing system always assumes there is a front print. We cannot use the "Multiple Side Discount" because it is applied to a store and all of the store's price matrices. It would be nice to designate the discount to a price matrix instead. Multiple Side Discounts also doesn't work for our custom print shop because we will lose money at higher price breaks. Example: a customer expects the price per shirt for 100 shirts to be cheaper than 1 shirt. So if these 100 shirts are also getting a 10% discount per side (on top of already being at higher price break), imagine the losses from a 200, 300, or 400 custom shirt order? What if we want to make it a 25% or 50% discount per side?

We can apply pricing rules for blank garments per store but we can't apply different printing rules for printing per store. I have multiple stores using the same product but we want to charge different prices for printing depending on the store. The only way to accomplish this is to duplicate products for each store. Please update the product to have variable printing pricing per store

Since the upgrade you got rid of total quantity price break option and went to a price break per unit. We still need the ability to set a total price break per range. Ie 3-5 units = $5.00 off total 6-8 units =$10.00 off total 9-11 units=$15.00 off total This logic use to be there but was removed with the payment processor upgrade

We need more options for pricing structures. Digital, Screen-printing, embroidery and a very specific transfer company. We need to be able to create our own or have a list that includes all the top printing practices currently available on the market instead of the bare minimum.
