I need to be able to bill a company or organization as that company or organization as my contact with that company or organization can and usually does change from order to order. Also, many of my contacts for the companies and organizations are also individual customers, and I need to be able to bill Joe Smith using his email/phone number as contact information as well as the football boosters using Joe's email/phone number as contact information.

Would like to the ability to upload files directly into the customer profile. For example the actual file of the customers design or a picture of a sew out for embroidery, or a embroidery run sheet showing the color and thread sequence. Ultimately we would like to be able to keep all information for the customer together in one place vs having to have separate files in multiple places.

I would like to be able to use the same email for different companies. I am running out of ways to put in companies for the same owner.

We ned to be able to bulk mark invoices when they are paid by check. We have customers that pay once a month for all their invoices with one check. It is a big pain and time consuming to mark each one individually.

The "Print Order Receipt" page shows these updates, can they also be added to the "Order Status Page"? Example header updates: "Processing" > "Scheduled" > "Shipped" > "Completed".

We have webstore customers who utilize automated billing systems and only submit PO's. Any email that we send other than an invoice upon completion will mess with their system. Maybe add a billing email address which is secondary to a contact email address, and the invoice only goes to the billing address upon job completion? Or the ability to turn off/on all automated email notifications, so for this store, we could set just the invoice email on?

One of our client stores has 2,000 users, and unfortunately has terminated 500 people so we need to delete them as users as well as their unused gift certificates. It would make our lives so much easier if we could batch upload a file and delete the user and gift certificate rather than either searching for user by page to bulk delete, and manually deleting each individual gift cert. Add option to payment terms to pay at pickup/delivery

I would like my customers to be able to see their actual price prior to adding an item to the cart. For example, I have a local print shop I do wholesale work for who I'm applying a 45% discount to their orders. When they add the items, all the way up until they hit 'Buy Now', they see the full price item. They should see their already discounted prices as soon as they log in, from the home page, to every page, to alleviate any confusion of pricing.

InkSoft order calculates tax on $103.30 as $8.54 and allows the system to charge the customer for the total of $111.84. Payments pay on the per "item" tax calculated total of $111.84 - Incorrect Invoices are recorded with the per "line-item" total $111.83 - Incorrect Showing taxes on the Proposal and Orders lines as line-Item calculated taxes instead of % of total taxes. - Incorrect Contact me asap if you need further assistance getting this confirmed and evaluated. In Texas where we do business, and this order is delivered, the tax rate is 8.25% on the order total which should have been $111.82. Correct Calculation: Subtotal $103.30 x 0.0825 Tax Rate = $8.52225 rounded to $8.52 Subtotal $103.30 + Subtotal Tax $8.52 = $111.82 What is the reason for the $111.83 invoice in QBO but $111.84 payment discrepancy??? Looking into this further I calculated the tax per line item and then added the line totals and found that the total came out to $111.83.
