I wanted to reach out to clarify a bit of confusion regarding the terminology used in the platform when setting up shipping and delivery estimates. When entering an Expected Production Date in the order settings, the system shows this formula: Estimated Delivery Date = Production Date + Processing Days + Days in Transit However, in the Shipping Method settings, the only related field I see is called Production Time. From what I can tell, “Processing Days” and “Production Time” are actually the same thing—but they’re labeled differently in different parts of the system, which makes it a little confusing when trying to accurately calculate and communicate timelines to customers. Please consider aligning the terminology across the platform for clarity and efficiency.

If this is available I have missed it. When a store is created and you want to update progress to all customers that ordered (as in ordered, in production, ready for pick-up/shipped) it would be nice to be able to select everybody and update at once sending out an update notification via email and/or text. Most recently I had to place every email in a bcc email to send out a mass email. It would also be nice to be able to hit a mass email for specials or coming up events to all customers at once like a MailChimp type of system. We have their email/phone numbers so it would be nice to be able to do a little more since we already have all of this information.

Please allow us to set a production time (21 days, for example) on our workflow production methods, rather than having to set individual production times under each product. Please include EMBROIDERY as we cannot currently set embroidery production times anywhere.

Why, when I try to download the render package, do I have to resize the artwork after it's been placed on a shirt? If the design is uploaded at 10 inches for high quality and used on the back for 10 inches, and the front chest at 4 inches. When I go to the download render package, all the designs are at 10 inches. This isn't helpful. You have the box sizes measured out already, so why doesn't it work? AND you can't edit a design after you create it. If the client is like Can we move it or make it a little larger I have to create a whole new decorated product, which takes forever, instead of just clicking on the original item and editing that. It's so confusing. With as simple as you have the webstore with little customization, it has a thousand steps to get through to do nothing. It's not very user-friendly. Also, you can enlarge the window to see where you are placing the items on the shirt. Why can't I zoom in to see where I am placing the design?

For the love of god can we please get barcodes on the workorder and packing slips for the job #?????People have been asking for this FOR YEARS!!!!! PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE!!!!

In general, a lot of things get set in stone once a Proposal becomes an Order (art, SKUs, Ink Colors), to the point that we were telling customers to never click Approve because it would lock in multiple things that often change after an initial Proposal is allowed to move forward. A lot of flexibility needs to be added to Orders and Production to keep up with the ever-changing realities that a print shop will run into, but a huge one for us is INK COLORS. InkSoft is very picky about what types of files it even allows colorways for, and even if a Proposal does not need multiple colorways, Colorways is the only method I could find to define Ink Colors. At best, I would wrangle an art file in a specific way so that InkSoft could see the colors, then I would need to manually add the Pantone colors to the Color Palette in Admin (since our printers don't print Hex Color Codes) - then presuming all that worked, the Ink Colors are locked in forever. This doesn't work because very often, a color that a designer thinks is correct, is not the actual ink that gets put in the screen. Anything from customer preference, to garment color migration, to just needing to tweak a color to look best on the product can cause the final Ink Color on the product to be different from what is called for in the Proposal Stage. We need to be able to redefine Ink Colors at all stages of an Order/Job, i.e. by our Printers, so that when we look back for a reorder, we know what final colors were actually printed, as opposed to being led astray by the incorrect colors defined in a Proposal. The Ink Colors being locked in before goods are even ordered does not make sense for our shop. This would have a secondary bonus of us being able to upload all art as a PNG vs. having to fight with InkSoft of what kinds of specific vector art it will accept and Assign Ink Colors to.

Personalization instructions for a product need to be established when making the product in the store. if a customer wants a 2 inch white varsity font name, there is no way to tell production that other than to go back into the job notes after the order is placed. This information also needs to show up on the work order so production knows what size, font, color, and location of personalization needs to be printed. There is plenty of room on the work order as its currently laid out to house personalization info.

Hello, wondering if we could get functionality to manually input the due date for jobs instead of the automatic date created by inksoft (sometimes it just doesn't have a due date attached). and if this could be visible on the work order and packing slip that would be great. Thanks!

Work orders created with the "Download Work Order" button at the top of the page are inefficient with their use of the space on the page, causing orders to be 10 pages long when they could be much shorter. Instead of giving each garment type its own section and instructions, it should have sections for each colorway with their instructions, then each garment type and quantity that gets that printing is grouped under it. Also, adding in the company name in the top lefthand corner would be appreciated for when we send to our outsource printers, as well as an auto populated box with the ship to address from the order, so it doesn't need to be constantly typed in the job notes.

Currently, an order cannot be added to production unless it is associated with a product. I would like to request this as a potential feature.
