The Order Manager should allow us to mark selected items as incomplete also
In the Order Manager, all of the orders can be selected and marked as complete. There is no way to select multiple orders and mark them as new or in progress. Which means that if someone accidentally marks an order or all orders as complete, there is no simple way to undo that action, and no way to undo that action for orders that just have custom line items. We had someone click the box that highlights all orders. He had Inksoft displaying the top 25 orders. Well, when he clicked the select all orders, that apparently also highlighted the orders that were not displayed (the other 300+ orders). So when he clicked mark as complete, it marked the orders that were not even visible to him. This shouldn't be a thing. There is no way to undo this action. This means that orders that have not been paid for were now marked as complete and are buried with all of the other completed orders. Sure I can use a filter and periodically check to see if the orders have been paid for and to see which reminders I need to send out, however I no longer have those orders visible on the main Order Manager screen to keep a closer eye on them. And there is no way to return them to that screen. Inksoft support gave me a workaround for selecting individual orders and changing their status from the production cards (which would be very time consuming). However, this will not work for the orders that I set up with custom line items, which are the ones that I am most concerned with. Custom line items have no production cards. Which means that if an order with just a custom line item on it is marked as complete, there is no way to undo this action. There needs to be a way from the Order Manager to mark multiple orders as New, just as there is a way in Order Manager to mark selected orders as complete.
