Duplicating products in Inksoft currently requires too much page-hopping, which becomes frustrating during day-to-day product management. If starting from a store product, the workflow is often: • Open the product • Copy the SKU • Navigate to Manage Products • Use Copy From Existing SKU This is inefficient, especially when you’re already inside the product you want to duplicate. A much smoother experience would be adding a Clone / Duplicate Product option directly within existing product touchpoints, such as: • The three-dot menu on Store Admin → Active Products (alongside “Edit Product” and “Remove from Store”) • Inside the Edit Product screen itself • As a bulk or single action from the Manage Products list view Currently, even when products are searchable in Manage Products, there is still no way to clone directly from the list—users must enter the product, copy the SKU, and then return to “Copy From Existing SKU.” Many areas of Inksoft have been updated to support a more intuitive left-to-right workflow, and product duplication feels like a natural fit for that same approach. A simple clone action in-context would significantly reduce friction and save time for teams managing large or frequently updated catalogs.
