It would be really nice and appreciated if we could see the Proposal/Order description in the CRM order history. Right now all I can see is the order number, store name, date, and order total. I clone proposals a lot to save time, but i have to open every order/proposal in order to see which one it is. If I could see the proposal name/description it would save me a ton of time. I would be able to see in the description "Jackson Equipment Hats 2022" for example instead of looking at every order and looking for the one with "equipment hats" for example. Does anyone else have this issue?

1) The ability to delete gift certificates with a check box (in bulk) like you can users. 2) The ability when deleting a user to delete any gift certificates they may have.

InkSoft should have the functionality to be able to assign a billing address and shipping address to a customer. Government Entities, such as school districts, approve of quotes/proposals with purchase orders(PO). The billing address stays constant since you are billing the main office of the district, however the shipping address varies on which school/organization is placing the order. I would recommend to fix the billing address field to the company and the shipping address to the customer in InkSoft CRM. This will help us in two ways: When creating a quote/proposal the correct billing and shipping address will be pulled from the respective fields to expedite sending quotes. When exporting invoices to QuickBooks, there would not be an intermediate step to edit the addresses to that shown in the PO. These two ways will help expedite business' billing and collections department and decrease unnecessary inputs that could lead to error.

There is nowhere for a customer to enter their contact phone number when they create a log in or order. So we end up with orders with the only means of communication as an email address. We would appreciate a phone number field for customers to populate when they create their log in or place an order so that the phone # is visible on the order.

When a user creates an account have the subscribe option checked by default. Or give us the option to set the default value in Inksoft

We have people that are on multiple Athletic Boards and use their same phone and email. You cannot have a contact assigned to multiple customers today. Should be a simple change to allow for this.

In proposals, we should be able to associate the proposal with any store. Many Contacts purchase both bulk and store orders. As well, customers may be associated with multiple groups.

Right now you can only send one email at a time to customers with abandoned carts.

Ex 1 customer has 4 companies and requires each on invoiced to a different company. I need to be able to have the same contact with email and phone number for each one of those companies.

I have some customers who order person, for work, and for volunteer. I need a way to be able to "turn off" the company option so that they are not associated with said company for individual orders. Also, I would love a way to have the same person listed as the contact for multiple companies and or groups.
