..........UPDATE ON PERMISSION LEVELS PLEASE......
..........UPDATE ON PERMISSION LEVELS PLEASE...... Currently we basically have an "all or nothing" permission level. How do we hire a new employee and then give them full access to our key software for our business!? Supposed that employee gets mad and goes in to destroy years of work. I can't justify the risk until a new employee has been here for months and I feel 100% trust along with a technical competency level. It would be much easier if they can only access items where they are the "assignee" on a proposal or order. Then we can hire an internal/external sales person that can put in their own proposals and orders (WITHOUT having access and ability to see/modify all the other proposals/orders we have in the pipeline). Imagine the next level of growth we can all have with just improving our basic permission levels. I put this idea in before and REALLY feel like this is critical to protect all the work we've all done with building products/eStores. PLEASE vote on this one! Thank you! .............This was just rolled out to GraphicsFlow.....why can't we get the same updates? Team Permission Levels This update allows shop owners to restrict account settings modifications and file deletions by certain users. You can now classify user roles into four distinct categories: Owner, Admin, Member, and Support. This new “Support” permission level will enhance security and peace of mind, making it easier to manage team access and protect valuable digital assets.

Permission levels need improvement
I just set up a new admin here with access to Inksoft so she can update the pipeline the job status and have access to all the orders to handle questions, etc. So, it looks like the only permission level available so she has full pipeline access is the "fulfillment store manager" BUT then she has access to almost everything like the admin section of stores and layouts. I have countless hours into building all of our stores and would REALLY like to have a permission level that prevents a pipeline admin from being able to manipulate any of the built stores. We are looking to grow with Inksoft and in order to give new employees access there needs to be more defined rolls. Another example is that we want to hire an outside sales representative that can build their own proposals and monitor their orders. The same case would apply where it's almost an "all or nothing" permission level. As our businesses grow we will get employees that don't work out from time to time. An employee on the way out could really do serious damage to the Inksoft system we have all built and potentially delete years of work. My understanding is that with the fulfillment store manager roll that individual can do most everything in the system except create a new customer. So, they could manipulate all the orders and stores but not create a simple customer. I don't understand that logic either. Anyway, you get my point :) Let's all vote to get better permission levels to protect the hours and hours of time we have into building Inksoft stores. Thank you.
