When "Sections" are added into a proposal, those sections need to translate forward to the order and, more importantly, to work orders and invoices.

We need to be able to edit the delivery date under shipping details for each customers specific and exact deadline date. This way our production manager can see the exact date each job is due at a glance in the order manager. Having a date range based on production time is not correct. Every customer needs it by a specific date. Our sales people need this fixed to help them keep their jobs on track with production

When a proposal is approved, there is a box that the customer must type in their name. We would like to be able to see who or what was typed in the signature box. If a proposal is sent to a specific email/customer and that customer forwards to other people, anyone can approve and sign, but it is recorded as if the original customer approved.

Need the ability to update/resend a completed proposal without cloning the proposal when a customer adds to their order after they have approved it

Would love the ability to send proposals to customers via a text message with a link. We have some customers who never use their email but are always on their phones. We also have noticed that our emails often get lost in people's inboxes, so a backup method of sending would be very helpful.

We need to be able to have print regions on signage just like we do for apparell.

When selecting and copying any price or text from the proposal or order manager, the pasted result is always the HTML URL of the site instead of the selected content. Please fix this so that the copied content reflects the actual selected text, not the URL.

In my old payment system "Wave", I would always get a notification every time the customer opened up the invoice/quote. It would be very helpful for me to understand what is going through the customer's brain and to know if there was some sort of problem (such as an incorrect email).

I used to run my shop with QuickBooks, and in QuickBooks it shows when the customer has seen/opened their invoices (and how many times they did) with a timestamp. This is EXTREMELY helpful so we are not left wondering if the customer ever got the proposal, quote or invoice or if it is lost in their inbox (or span folder).

To have the ability to add notes to the proposal (ones my customer can not see) and have them transfer over to the production team/tab from the Proposal.
