We pull our orders into ShopWorks, but cannot use the online designer because every time an order is processed, it makes a new design ID number in ShopWorks. I've spent a lot of time over the last 10 years or so on conference calls with your developers and ShopWorks developers. Anything coming through the feed makes a "new" design in ShopWorks. Their developers said if you added a field for us to put the existing design ID, it would fix that problem. This has been going on for years and keeps us from using the online designer, so any update on adding that field?

Allow us to add Fundraising amounts to each product instead of the store as a whole.

For oversize items (i.e., Adult XXL, Adult XXXL, Adult XXXXL and above) I need to be able to have a '+$2.50 or +$5.00' surcharge for oversize items. It is too cumbersome to have 50+ stores and have to go into each store and each product and set the price at $22.50 for a normally priced $20 item.

It would be great if we had a way to update specific things in the templates of an entire store (for instance, the Hours of a store) at one time.

I know this is counter to what the point of a webstore is but frequently we are asked to build a webstore AND an order form. It would be a huge timesaver if there was a way to export a webstore in a format that was suitable to print and distribute as a hard copy order form.

Can we please have the option to print a pick-up label to place on bags/boxes for orders that will be picked up by customers rather than shipped.

Why can I literally not do anything with these gift certificates - can't update an email address without creating a new one, can't delete the old one - only void so I still have to see the old one, can't leave a note and go back to it later... I mean there is nothing easy about using gift certificates at all.. It is very frustrating, please allow us to edit the one the customer already has

With 500 amazing ideas presented in the feature suggestion and only 2 or three of the ideas on the current roadmap is very frustrating. For as much as we pay per month I really wish more was getting done to upgrade the platform and implement these fantastic ideas. This is what your customers want. By making our lives easier and improving the platform you will in turn keep your current customers and they will happily recommend you to others. Please consider hiring more programmers to implement features.

Create a 'vote down' button for new ideas that some users want, but others think its not a good idea in suggested posts.

Instead of having the customers email on the packing list, have the customer's phone number instead, or at least added as well.
