Would like to have a bi-lingual site - English/Spanish

Depending on the product DST files show up the wrong size. We need the ability to easily adjust the scale of the DST art to accurately depict the product for our customers in stores and proposals.

In the ink palettes as colors are entered, the color families get broken up and spread out over time. It would be nice to be able to do a drag and drop color re-sort similar to how we can arrange sizes in products when they are out of order. This number system is extremely cumbersome and not very visual.

When adding items to online store have a button that decides decoration method not the art itself.

I would like to suggest adding support for accented characters (é, è, à, ç, etc.) in the InkSoft design tool. Currently, all accents are automatically removed when entering text, which is problematic for French-speaking users. For example, a phrase like “C'est l'été” becomes “C'est lete,” which affects the clarity of the message and can reduce the quality and credibility of the final product. Accents are not decorative; they are essential for proper communication in French and can completely change the meaning of words. Being able to use accented characters would greatly improve the user experience and make the platform much more inclusive for francophone customers. We are currently unable to have both a right chest and left chest design on the front of a garment. While this isn't something we do often, there are times when we offer a custom name or number on one side and a logo on the other. We cannot currently do this without making the art ONE piece, which then affects how we create "jobs" when ready to decorate in the production area. It's not ideal by any means.

With 500 amazing ideas presented in the feature suggestion and only 2 or three of the ideas on the current roadmap is very frustrating. For as much as we pay per month I really wish more was getting done to upgrade the platform and implement these fantastic ideas. This is what your customers want. By making our lives easier and improving the platform you will in turn keep your current customers and they will happily recommend you to others. Please consider hiring more programmers to implement features.

I've had some customers asking for the ability to display their merch directly on the YouTube merch shelf function, but they are only partnered with a few companies like Bonfire, Tee Spring, and Shopify. Is this something Inksoft can do? It'd be great advertising for everyone.
